Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our handcrafted delight cookies once they leave our kitchen, they’re yours to keep! No returns or exchange will be granted for change of mind or taste dislike, failure to collect at pick up point, failure to provide correct delivery address and failure to cancel order less than 48hrs prior to dispatch or pick up date.

We take extra care in packaging your order so it arrives perfectly for your consumption however once it leaves our kitchen its fate lies with the courier or postal services. If your order arrives damaged upon delivery please provide photographic evidence with order details to bitemydelights@outlook.com so we can either offer you a full refund (excluding postage) to original payment method, store credit or product replacement. Please note final decision regarding a returns request will be made at our discretion.
